SVR 2011 - Challenger Three Review

SVR2011 Results - Challenger Three

Match 1 - Tonight once again we start off with the one on one match… Daniel went for “The Heartbreak Kid” Shawn Michaels… myself went for the Long Island Ice Z… who is makings is debut in this month’s competition… and what a start he had… it was a very quick match… some great moments like HBK’s cross body to the outside… but the match changed when Zack Ryder took out the referee… nothing like a bit of cheating by me… he went straight to the outside and got a chair before giving HBK a good old beating… unfortunately HBK nipped up and got a finisher… but the pro I am didn’t let him have chance to use it before hitting the Rough Ryder to pick up the three count and the first win of the night!!! (1-0)

Match 2 – The second match tonight is the extreme rules match... this time Daniel goes with my undefeated wrestlers CM Punk… I went for the “All American American” Jack Swagger!!! Good match… loads of hardcore action… and a lot of weapons were used… and it was mostly Swagger… but CM Punk was able to put Swagger through a flaming table!!! After several minutes Swagger was able to hit his finisher… but foolishly didn’t go for the pin… and to screw him over CM Punk rolled Swagger up into a small package out of nowhere… and it was enough to collect the victory!!! A real upset in the one sided match that it was!!! (1-1)

Match 3 – Te next stipulation match is the ladder match… Daniel goes for a good choice in John Morrison… a ladder match specialist… while I went for “Dashing”… that’s right… “Dashing” Cody Rhodes!!! And it was a purely brutal match with ladders everywhere!!! Highlights of the match have to be when John Morrison went for Starship Pain but “Dashing” Cody Rhodes was able to evade it and smashed him with ladder… nice!!! But the best moment has to be when Cody Rhodes jumped off the top of the ladder and hit cross body while John Morrison was standing on the top turnbuckle… that was insane!!! Anyway “Dashing” Cody Rhodes picked up the victory after a foolish mistake by John Morrison when he jumped off the top of the ladder when “Dashing” Cody Rhodes was struggling with the briefcase!!! May I also point out that John Morrison never actually got his fingers on the briefcase!!! (2-1)

Match 4 – Hell in a Cell is up next... Daniel went for the obvious choice in “The Deadman”… what a great choice in Taker especially in the Devils Playground!!! I matched his choice by choosing John Cena!!! The brawl didn’t last long in the ring before it ended up a smash facing fest into the cell!!! The match eventually went to the outside… and the battle ended up on top of the cell… and John Cena was able to his the Attitude Adjuster off the cell through the announcers table… holy shit!!! If that wasn’t enough for Taker… he got put through the cell into the ring… then received a 5 Knuckles Shuffle and another Attitude Adjuster… before receiving another 5 Knuckles shuffle… before locking in the STF… giving Taker no choice but to tap like a little pussy!!! (3-1)

Match 5 – And last but not least Daniels favourite match... the Elimination Chamber... Daniel has a history of starting this match off... so i would find it rather funny if it were to happen again... anyway he chose Triple H while i went for Sheamus... and do you know whats funny... Daniel ended up being out first... what where the chances!!! Triple H and R-Truth started off first… Rey Mysterio followed minutes later… but by that stage R Truth was eliminated… good job Daniel… because I hate that guy!!! Daniel continued his dominate streak when he spinebustered Rey Mysterio to eliminate him… even funnier is when Santino entered the ring… got pedigreed… pinned… and eliminated!!! Two people left to enter and after a long wait its Goldust… and as I come in as Sheamus… Triple H eliminated Goldust and it was down to us two!!! And it was Daniel with Trips that took the advantage… and after hitting a spinebuster on the steel of the chamber he set up for the pedigree… by that point I had already admitted defeat… but somehow Sheamus was able to reverse and it a backdrop onto the steel… and continued the assault by sending Trips into the glass of two chambers… after several high impact moves Sheamus was able to hit the Irish Curse and therefore able to collect the three count!!! Now that was a close one… I thought it was over moments before picking up the victory!!! (4-1)

SVR 2011 - Challenger Two Review

SVR2011 Results - Challenger Two

Match 1 - Tonight once again we start off with the one on one match… Tony went for the “All American American” Jack Swagger… I myself went for CM Punk… so far I’m undefeated with CM Punk so I’m looking to keep this streak alive… and well it was touch and go… it was a really close fight… and it was a reversal master class… it seemed like it was a race to see who could hit their finisher first and it was the GTS that sealed the victory… and I start as I mean to go on… with another victory!!! (1-0)

Match 2 – The extreme rules match is up next and Tony went for John Cena… always a great pick in these games… so I countered that with “The Rated R Superstar“ Edge… so it would be a great battle between these two rivals and it started off excellently for me when Edge attacks John Cena from behind before the match even starts allowing me to hit the Spear early on but no lucky with the cover!!! As things looked like they were going all my way Rey Mysterio decides to help Tony… why does it that every time I do an extreme Rules match someone tries and screws me!!! It was a great battle… we got to see tables, ladders, chairs, kendo sticks, steel steps… all the hardcore action you can expect in a brilliant extreme rules match… we even got to see John Cena hit his Proto–Bomb through the announcer’s table… the match looked over as Edge went for the pin… but that git Rey broke the pin… and after rolling out of the ring he threw me in and John Cena was able to collect the three count… Rey you have made an enemy of me… but it was a good match over all!!! (1-1)

Match 3 – It’s time for the ladder match… Tony goes for “The Viper” Randy Orton… I went for the man that this match most suits… John Morrison… and what a brutal match this was… shit loads of weapons… ridiculous highflying moves; like the starship pain, springboard shooting star press to the outside and a cross body from the top of the ladder!!! And there were ladders everywhere… and they were used in every single way possible from running up them, to using them as weapons… but it was Tony who used it correctly and climbed up to collect the briefcase… what a close match this was… and it’s not looking good for me as Tony needs one more victory to win the night!!! (1-2)

Match 4 – “The devils playground” is up next… aka hell in a cell… and Tony goes straight for the “Irish Curse” Sheamus (a wrestler who I still haven’t got round to being)…. I counter that by picking Triple H to see if I could get a little revenge for the attack Sheamus game him in real life… the match didn’t last long in the ring it went straight to the outside… the hell in the cell was used on several occasions… Tony was able to hit his finisher early on… it looked like it was going to break the cell… but no luck… the match continued for several minutes both of us trying to break the cell... but it was eventually Triple H that was able to slam Sheamus through the cell before hitting a pedigree… but unfortunately there was no pin because we were not in the ring… the brawl ended up on top of the cell… however it didn’t last long because Sheamus got thrown of the cell through the announcer’s table (just like the Mankind and Undertaker match)… and if that wasn’t enough punishment for Sheamus he went for more and this time he ended up getting up through the centre of the cell sending him straight to the ring… and the match was over moments later when Triple H hits another pedigree and collects the three count!!! Another close match… anyone could have won… but it was me and we are now level… and the winner of the match will be the winner of the night… so it’s all to play for!!! (2-2)

Match 5 – Final match of the evening is the Elimination Chamber… Tony went for Y2J Chris Jericho… great choice… and I went for Drew McIntyre… the computers were chosen as R Truth (who I hate!), JTG, Christian, and MVP!!! And to my surprise Drew started of match against R Truth which I loved giving him a kicking… Drew was able to eliminate JTG and MVP before Y2J entered… the remaining wrestlers entered and it ended up being Y2J and Drew as the final two…. The match ended with Y2J getting the Future Shock hit on him on the steel structure of the Elimination Chamber!!! Really good match… with loads of reversals once again… and somehow I managed to finish tonight walking away the winner!!! (3-2)

SVR 2011 - Challenger One Review

SVR2011 Results - Challenger One

Match 1 - First up is the one on one match... Natalie decided to choose Sheamus... the only wrestler i really wanted to be as it’s his SVR debut... but i decided myself to get a bit of revenge by picking one of Natalie’s favourites in the way of Y2J Chris Jericho!!! And to make the match more interested I decided to allow Natalie to have a manager... in this case I chose to pick her Hornswoggle!!! Well the match started off well but only realised after a while if you use a special and slide out of the ring you lose some momentum... anyway good match very back and forward... Jericho kept taking out the referee and kept bring weapons into the ring but it never seemed to work out... Sheamus took the advantage at the end... but i was able stunt Natalie by hitting Sheamus with a small package out of no were and pick up the victory... and therefore the first victory in the challenge goes to me!!! (1-0)

Match 2 – Next up is the Extreme Rules match... Natalie once again chooses first and decides to go with The Miz because he is awesome... while I went for CM Punk... because he’s better than you!!! I got the luck of the draw when CM Punk attacks The Miz before the start of the match… but it soon becomes even when Randy Orton interferes in the match and RKO’s me… what a bastard!!! After getting back to my feet I controlled the match from start to finish… even got time between kicking the holy crap out of The Miz to set a table up and light it on fire!!! Never actually got to put him through the table but picked up the victory after hitting the GTS!!! Make that two out of two so far!!! (2-0)

Match 3 – Next stipulation match is the Ladder match… Natalie goes for master of the ladder match “The Heartbreak Kid” Shawn Michaels… I countered that by picking the "The Cerebral Assassin" Triple H… this should be a cracker between these two founders of DX… and well if you don’t like the sound of this match I have two words for you… SUCK IT!!! Once again I controlled the match early on and even hit a Pedigree early on… I then decided it would be funny to filled ring with loads of weapons… most of which were ladders… I think I counted four… it was pure carnage… after a few attempts by both of us I managed to get the briefcase down and win the match… it also kind of helped the fact that there was so much weapons in the ring it was hard to move… that was tactical!!! Anyway I’m three from three now!!! (3-0)

Match 4 – Next match is the Hell in the Cell… and Natalie picked the obvious choice The Undertaker… I myself would counter that with John Cena… and for once it was actually an even match… it was real good back and forth action with both of us using the hell in the cell alot… the match lasted a good while but it was John Cena that picked up the win after hitting the 5 Knuckle Shuffle before finishing him off with the Attitude Adjuster to claim the one… two… three!!! Shame none of the action spilled outside the cage… anyway four from four… can I claim the clean sweep??? (4-0)

Match 5 – Final match of the evening is the Elimination Chamber… Natalie picks “The Rated R Superstar” Edge… while I went for the “All American American American American” Jack Swagger!!! Shame you can’t have the Swagger Soaring Eagle… because that would really be cool!!! The other members are R Truth, Cody Rhodes, Ted Dibiase, Drew McIntyre! Computers start off in the ring before Jack Swagger enters and dominates from start to finish… I eliminate wrestler by wrestler until it’s between Swagger and Edge… before making him tap like a little pussy… good match… and love the fact that the breaking glass of the cells is back in the game… another win for me… is that five??? (5-0)
